Amidst the recent discourse around the Glasgow Derby and the Rangers’ defeat to Ross County, Frank Trimbolis’ football agency CAA Base has made a statement that appears to have slipped under the radar.
As the former Celtic manager is represented by CAA Base, where Trimboli serves as Head of Football, Celtic supporters will recall that Trimboli collaborated closely with Ange Postecoglou.
Additionally, CAA represents players like Matt O’Riley, James Maddison of Tottenham, and Cole Palmer, the newest sensation at Chelsea.
Luis Palma, a winger for Celtic, joins CAA Base
Celtic winger Luis Palma joined CAA Base last week, as the team announced via an Instagram post.
“Welcoming Celtic winger @luispalma10_ to CAA Base!” the announcement said.
“Since arriving in Glasgow at the conclusion of the previous summer transfer window, the Honduran international has made a significant impact with nine goals and ten assists.”
Although Palma is now a member of a football agency that has completed over €500 million in transfers, it was an announcement that was made quietly, so I don’t think Celtic supporters should be worried.

Although Palma is content at Celtic, he has aspirations of playing in one of the top five leagues in Europe.
Furthermore, to be honest, he still has a long way to go before he can play like Odsonne Edouard at Crystal Palace or Jeremie Frimpong at Bayer Leverkusen.
Palma has every reason to stay with the Scottish champions for the foreseeable future, as Champions League football is assured for the SPFL winners the following season.
